공유기를 경유하는 경우 UPnP를 유효로 설정하면 온라인 대전에 적합한 환경으로 만들 수 있습니다. UPnP를 유효로 설정할 떄는 공유기의 UPnP 설정 및 PlayStation®3의 UPnP 설정을 유효로 해 주십시오.

공유기의 UPnP 설정에 대해서는 공유기의 사용설명서를 참조하거나 공유기 제조업체에 직접 문의해 주십시오.

PlayStation®3의 UPnP 설정은 자동적으로 이루어집니다. PlayStation®3의 UPnP 상태를 확인하려면 XMB™ (크로스 미디어 바)에서 [설정] -> [네트워크 설정] -> [설정 내용과 접속 내용]에서 UPnP 항목을 확인해 주십시오. 또한 UPnP를 수동으로 설정하려면 XMB™에서 [설정] -> [네트워크 설정] -> [직접]에서 [UPnP] 항목에서 조정할 수 있습니다.

UPnP를 이용하지 않을 경우 수동으로 포트포워딩을 설정할 필요가 있습니다. 포트포워딩은 별도 항목 "포트포워딩"을 참조해 주십시오.
