May 1st marked the opening of Stage 2.
Despite performing well and scoring reasonable points from Round 11 to 18, Nik_Makozi couldn’t gather more points than he managed in Stage 1. With fellow Australian Adam_2167 breathing down his neck in second place in the point rankings, Nik_Makozi needed to deliver in the following round—and in the end, he did just that, earning 2277 points in Round 19 on May 29th, giving his points total a healthy boost.
Nik_Makozi therefore succeeded in closing out Stage 2 where he started, still on top.
