Lewis Hamilton to Compete in the Pro-Am Race and other Must-See Events at the World Finals 2019!
At the 'FIA GT Championships' 2019 Series World Finals held on 22-24 November in Monaco, there will be a variety of exhibition races and announcements in addition to the signature main events of the Nations Cup and Manufacturer Series.
On the 22nd, we will host a Pro-Am Exhibition Race which will feature none other than racing legend Lewis Hamilton, who is coming straight off of his sixth World Champion title after the United States Grand Prix! It’s going to be fascinating to see what kind of driving display the F1 superstar can produce in Gran Turismo Sport. There will also be a new announcement by Gran Turismo Series Producer Kazunori Yamauchi, and all of the action will be broadcast live in-between the Semi-finals of the Nations Cup.
A new circuit will also be revealed at the World Finals: WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. This legendary California circuit has appeared in every game of the series since Gran Turismo 2 and will now make a new appearance in Gran Turismo Sport looking better than ever. Please look forward to the finals of the Nations Cup and Manufacturer Series.
A number of other events are also planned, such as a Trackside Talk with Mazda and Kazunori Yamauchi where we will be revealing a sketch of the MAZDA RX-VISION GT3 CONCEPT that will appear at the FIA GT Championships from the 2020 Series.
On the 24th and the final day, there will be an unveiling event for a brand-new Vision Gran Turismo from Lamborghini. Designed by Lamborghini for motorsports enthusiasts and videogame fans alike, a super extreme virtual concept car will come to life. Don’t miss it!
