Below are the post-race reactions from each driver:

Jose Serrano

Grand Final 1st

I am very happy for this win. Focusing on myself during the race was the key, as well as driving as careful as possible during the rain. In the end everything worked out perfectly.

Pol Urra

Grand Final 2nd

Today's race was very good, very interesting. We all had different strategies, I opted for the Hards while Jose and Coque opted for the Mediums. In the end we got pretty close but Jose got the win; I'm very glad for him as well as for Coque, we made a Spanish podium which is very nice, so I'm very happy.

Coque López

Grand Final 3rd

I'm quite surprised to have finished P3 because I was not as fast as I would have liked due to the lack of training and little time in Practice. Thanks to the rain I could recover a few positions that I lost, but in the end it was not enough. I'm very happy with the result because I didn't expect to win at all.

Takuma Sasaki

Grand Final 4th

I started from the bottom, so I really had to do everything I could to get ahead, I thought I had nothing to lose so I pushed all the way. In that sense, I’m satisfied with my result. When it started raining at the end, that was a blessing for me, as I like rain or rather, I’m quite good at racing in it and that allowed me to get further up the board. But I am still a little disappointed that I couldn’t get on the podium or take the win.

Grand Final 5th

Overall it was really good for me, but at the end when I was chasing the podium I made a mistake in the first corner and I lost every chance: it only rained on the first sector but it was tough, we had to be really, really careful with the wheel. I just touched the brake and the car spun immediately; although I managed to save it, it was very difficult to recover from there. The other guys made an incredible job.

Grand Final 7th

In the Semi-final I did what I didn't think I could do: I qualified for the Grand Final despite my poor performance, but in the Grand Final I just held myself together, I chose a strategy and stuck to it, and it seemed to have paid off. The race in the rain was pretty tough as we were using tyres meant for dry surfaces. The results could have been different if I had used a different type, we won't know - it is what it is.

Grand Final 8th

In the Semi-final I lacked pace and could not maintain my position, so I tried my best to just make it to the Grand Final, which I did with P6. In the Grand Final, I started in P11 and was simply trying to follow the car ahead as I was on Hard tyres, but I got hit and lost slipstream afterwards. During the rain, I took a gamble and did not change to Intermediate and just drove safely: luckily I gained four position to finish 8th. I am quite happy about it.

Ryota Kokubun

Grand Final 9th

I think I made a lot of mistakes in that race. It’s a disappointment and I want to make sure I don’t lose out next time. For the rain in the final race, I was trying to drive a little more slowly. But I span out anyway, so I guess I lost my concentration.

Antonio Santos

Grand Final 10th

As a first timer, I am really glad of myself for what I did in the Semi-final, I made no mistakes and did the best I could, considering I had to go against Pol. I was really shocked when I saw I got pole position in the qualifier. In the Grand Final I did not expect to crash like that because I was very smooth on the brake, but I am still happy about my weekend.

Marco Busnelli

Grand Final 11th

It was a very tough race, the other drivers were very fast and I had to use a different strategy: I was very happy with my pace, so I chose to put the Intermediate tyres in the hope the rain would last, but it only rained in the first sector so it didn't work out. I am looking forward to do better next year.

Joshua Struik

Grand Final 12th

The race wasn't great for me, I was not comfortable with the car but I also picked the wrong strategy: in the Grand Final I took a gamble on the rain being quite heavy and on a lot of people making mistakes, which didn't happen so I wasn't able to capitalise on that.
