On January 15, a total of 300,000 in-game credits for use in Gran Turismo Sport were distributed to all participants who completed the MAZDA RX-VISION GT3 CONCEPT User Survey.
We received responses from people in more than 70 different countries/territories, via Gran Turismo Sport and gran-turismo.com. Thank you to everyone who took part.
How to Claim Your Reward
Log in on Gran Turismo Sport using the same account for the PlayStation™Network used to complete the survey. A notification about your reward will appear on the Top Screen, and the in-game credits will be automatically added to your account.
Reward Period
This reward can be claimed until July 15, 2021.
Unable to Claim Your Reward
Depending on your notification update status, the notification regarding your reward may not appear. If you are unable to claim your reward, please follow these instructions:
PS4
・Check your online connection.
・Verify that the online server status displayed on the "Gran Turismo Sport" Top Screen is showing as normal.
・Open the PS4 Quick Menu and select "Close Application" to close GT Sport, then restart the game.
・Restart the PS4 console.
PS5
・Check your online connection.
・Verify that the online server status displayed on the "Gran Turismo Sport" Top Screen appears as normal.
・Hold the PS button on the controller and highlight the GT Sport game app icon. Press the Options button to bring up the sub-menu and select 'Close Game'. Then restart the game;
・Restart the PS5 console.
