Test Season 10 of the Manufacturer series was held across 6 rounds between January 14th to the 20th.

Round 1 was a Group 4 battle on Brands Hatch. Here, the top group was focused in Race 2 of the day, with Citroën’s L-Shooter_RB26, BMW’s W-4MtcA, and Nik_Makozi of Mercedes-Benz acquiring high points.

Round 2 was a Gr.3 match on Mount Panorama. In the famed circuit of Australia, Citroën / L-Shooter_RB26, Ferrari / s-shohei_ and Australia local and Mercedes-benz driver Nik_Makozi showed incredible prowess on the track to raise their scores. At the end of Round 3, In the lead was Citroën / L-Shooter_RB26 with 6394points, Nik_Makozi/ Mercedes-Benz was in 2nd with 5719 points, and 3rd was Nissan’s Akagi_1942mi with 5383 points.

Skipping Wednesday, round 4 of racing landed on a Thursday. The stage was the Blue Moon Bay, with Group 3 machines. Citroën / L-Shooter_RB26, Dodge / sirvia, and Ferrari / s-shohei_ passed up this race, while Kawakana222 with Dodge, and jipapa with Renault Sport raised their season effective scores. However even Kawakana222 with top points remained at 1878points, and L-Shooter_RB26’s lead was unwavering.

Round 5 on Friday was a Gr. 3 machine race on the Yamagiwa + Miyabi layout of the Kyoto Driving Park. The battle on the 6.8km long technical track saw Ferrari’s s-shohei_ and sirvia of Dodge producing high scores, but L-Shooter_RB26 who skipped this race still had the upper hand, dragging the final verdict to the last race.

The final race held on Saturday was a Group 3 race on the Tokyo Expressway East Route Outer Loop. The top drivers all entered the Top 24 Superstars race, and in qualifying s-shohei_ with Ferrari took pole position, followed by Akagi_1942m of Nissan, and L-Shooter_RB26 of Citroën. Expectations were high for some drama, but once the race final started, L-Shooter_RB26 steadily overtook his opponents, and finished the race in 1st place. Ferrari’s s-shohei_ came in 2nd, and Nissan’s Akagi_1942m came out with no points.

As a result, Citroën / L-Shooter_RB26 took the championship title with 14601 points, achieving a double title victory by also winning the Nations Cup. In 2nd was s-shohei_ / Ferrari with 13843pts and in third was sirvia of Dodge with 13207 points.
