The login issue at start-up that had been inconveniencing our users has just been resolved with the help of the PlayStation™Network team.
The issue was caused by the unexpectedly high user network traffic level being mistakenly identified as an attack on the PlayStation™Network, and the login attempts were blocked by the system.
Hereon, we will work with the PlayStation™Network so that this will never happen again in the future.
