In the Manufacturer’s Series the driver signs on with a single automobile manufacturer to compete for a Manufacturer title; and Test Season 1 for the 7 round Championship opened on the Suzuka Circuit. In this race ‘samrai_405’ (Japan) gained the top points, and continued to stay in the top ranks in Rounds 2 (Interlagos) and 3 (Brands Hatch GP).

However in round 2, ‘Brond’ of Japan gained the highest score at 1369 points. While skipping round 3, Brond also scored 1364 points in Round 4 on Dragon Trail, securing a great vantage point for the series.

But the situation was ever changing. ‘saika159-‘ of Hong Kong rose up the ranks in a Subaru, winning Round 5 (Alsace Village) with 1464 points. saika159- was now among the top ranks with a total of 3861 points, but there were other strong contenders as well, such as ‘yamado_racing38’ (Japan) driving for BMW, and ‘JUN-_-JEEEEN’ (Japan) in a McLaren running very close in the rankings, leaving absolutely no margin for error.

On round 6 in Lake Maggiore, JUN-_-JEEEEN, yamado_racing38, Brond, and saika159- all scored high in their races. The point standings at this point was Brond in 1st place with 4086 points, yamado_racing38 in 2nd with 3913 points, saika159- in 3rd with 3897 points, and JUN-_-JEEEEN in 4th with 3827 points. The top 4 drivers were within just 259 points of each other going into the final race.

The final Round 7 was a Group 4 race on the Nürburgring GP. Brond on the top of the point standings and JUN-_-JEEEEN in 4th place both entered the first race out of the 5 time slots, with JUN-_-JEEEEN on pole position and Brond in 2nd position.

The two drivers gradually pulled away from the crowd, turning the race into a one on one fight to the finish line. Even with Brond keeping close behind just waiting for an opportunity, JUN-_-JEEEEN kept a perfect pace throughout the race, holding the top position to the last lap. There was a close moment on the chicane where there was contact between the two cars-but the positions did not change, and JUN-_-JEEEEN won the race with a total of 1358 points.

Brond gained 1312 points in 2nd place; but saika159- in a different time slot scored 1361 points. yamado_racing38 did not enter round 7, and the final point rankings ended with saika159- who gained a total of 4106 points becoming the overall winner of the series.
