Global Manufacturer Rankings
The Global Manufacturer Ranking of the GT1 League is used to determine the manufacturers that will compete at the World Series Rounds 1 through 3 and World Finals.
The Global Manufacturer Ranking is determined at the end of the Online Qualifiers.
The overall ranking is based on an effective points system. At the end of the Online Qualifiers, the final score will be tallied from the best one of every two rounds out of the total (with half numbers rounded up).
- For example:
- After two rounds, the points from the best round will be represent the final score. - - After three rounds, the points from the two best rounds will be tallied for the final score.
- - After all six rounds, the points from the three best rounds will be tallied for the final score.
The Global Manufacturer Ranking will be created as described below.
- (1) Manufacturer Rankings will be created for each region.
- - At the end of each round, the position of a manufacturer in the Manufacturer Ranking will be determined by the points acquired by its affiliated top driver (the driver who holds the highest score for that manufacturer in that round).
- - At the end of each round, Manufacturer Ranking Points will be assigned to each of the 27 manufacturers based on their position in Manufacturer Ranking, as follows:
1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | 5th | 6th | 7th | 8th | 9th | 10th | 11th | 12th | 13th | 14th | 15th |

- If two or more of the top-ranked drivers from different manufacturers are tied on individual points, then the Manufacturer Ranking Points assigned to their respective manufacturers will be divided and assigned equally.
- For example: Player A (Toyota) and Player B (Porsche) both have an individual score of 230 points. If both manufacturers are tied for 3rd in their region, the points awarded for 3rd and 4th place will be added together with each team receiving half of the total (33+30=63/2=31.5 pts).
- (2) Global Manufacturer Rankings will be created.
- - For each manufacturer, Manufacturer Ranking Points from all three regions will be tallied to determine their place in the Global Manufacturer Rankings.
- If two or more manufacturers have an equal number of points in the Global Manufacturer Ranking, the final selection will be determined by the manufacturer with the highest Manufacturer Ranking Points across all three regions and rounds.
- a) If still tied, the manufacturer with the highest individual points of their top-ranked drivers from all three regions.
- b) If still tied, the manufacturer with the highest individual points of their top-ranked drivers from all three regions and all rounds.

Individual Ranking Points
Competitors participating in and completing an online race will receive points according to the final position. The points gained are determined automatically by the average Driver Rating of all drivers matched in that race.
- (If a competitor enters more than one race in the same round, only the points earned in the last race entered will count towards the individual ranking for that round.)
The overall individual ranking is based on an effective points system. At the end of the Online Qualifiers, the final score will be tallied from the best one of every two rounds out of the total (with half numbers rounded up).
- For example:
- After two rounds, the points from the best round will represent the final score. - - After three rounds, the points from the two best rounds will be tallied for the final score.
- - After all six rounds, the points from the three best rounds will be tallied for the final score.
- If two or more competitors have an equal number of points at the end of the Online Qualifiers, the ranking will be determined by the competitor with the highest individual points across all rounds.
- a) If still tied, the competitor with the highest individual points in a single round.
- b) If still tied, the competitor with the highest Driver Rating (DR).
- c) If still tied, the competitor with the highest Sportsmanship Rating (SR).
- d) If still tied, the competitor who started playing Gran Turismo 7 earlier, according to their PlayStation™Network account.
