Car Description

The alluring "GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo," created by Volkswagen Design, embraces the successful history of the GTI in its flowing lines. The style-defining design elements from various GTI generations illustrate the rich history of the model, and you can tell by just looking at it, notably the low-cut windshield, that this roadster promises great fun and excitement behind the wheel.

Powered by a 3.0 twin-turbo VR6 TSI engine, the GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo delivers 503 HP with a hearty helping of 665 Nm (490.4 ft-lb) of torque. The 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with sports programming ensures phenomenal acceleration and fast gearshifts on the racetrack.

An aerodynamically optimized front and rear spoiler, together with an integrated diffuser element at the rear, combine to generate gobs of downforce. Fitted with 20-inch wheels that are shod with 235/35 front and 275/30 rear tires, the all-wheel-drive sports car stays glued to the driving surface in all types of conditions. Stopping power is provided by ventilated ceramic brakes, 15.0 inches in diameter at the front and 14.0 inches at the rear.

The "GTI Roadster Vision Gran Turismo" is presented in a bright, intense Gran Turismo Red, a modern interpretation of the classic GTI red.

The result is a fascinating and exceptionally dynamic extreme sports car with a sophisticated design for the racetrack that appropriately conveys what it's like to drive in the GTI world.
