Music Rally is a minigame that allows you to go on a joyride to music. Pass through checkpoints to put more time (i.e. beats) on the clock. The point is to keep driving until the track finishes.

How to Play a Music Rally

The Music Rally mode will automatically launch the first time you play Gran Turismo 7.
Select your favourite track.

Once you have selected an event, you will be directed to the Music Rally Quick Menu.

This screen has the following options:

Start
Start the Music Rally.

Settings
Display assist, controller and display settings.

How to Play
Display instructions on how to navigate the Music Rally screen.

Ranking Board
Display the ranking board.

Quit
Exit the Music Rally mode.

　

The Music Rally Screen

The length of the track and your current position
Target distance (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
Your best distance achieved
Your remaining number of beats (i.e. time)
The number of beats added from passing through a checkpoint
Your current distance driven
Checkpoint
