Getting More out of the Game

Rewards and Ratings

Players are given rewards and ratings based on their in-game activity. There are rewards that can be earned even if you are not a top-level driver. That is, they can be earned by just having fun and playing the game.

The rewards and ratings available are listed below. To view your rewards and ratings, select 'My Page' from the Top Screen's 'GT Menu'.

Rewards

・Credits
You can earn credits by taking part in races and events. You will earn more credits for higher difficulty races and longer distance races, as well as for finishing in higher positions. A 'Clean Race Bonus' will be added to your prize money if you can complete a race without going off-course or colliding with other cars. Credits can be used to buy cars and pay for tuning and maintenance work.

・Collector Level
When you purchase a car from Brand Central, the used car dealership or Legend Cars, and when you a receive gift car as a reward for competing in a race or event, you gain 'Collector Points' reflective of the value of the vehicle. After you have obtained a certain number of Collector Points, your 'Collector Level' will increase, enabling you to receive special rewards, such as new parts at the Tuning Shop, new missions and new helmets and racing suits.

・Tickets
Drive the distance of a marathon (26.21 miles / 42.195km) in races or events over the course of a single day and you will win a 'Roulette Ticket' as a reward for completing your Daily Workout. Go to 'Garage' -> 'Gift' to claim your ticket.

The higher your Collector Level, the more likely you are to receive a high-ranking Roulette Ticket. These tickets will allow you to win parts and engines that cannot be found at the Tuning Shop, among other special items. In addition to the Roulette Tickets that can be obtained for completing Daily Workouts, there are 'Car Tickets' and 'Credit Tickets' to be won.

Ratings

・Driver Rating
This is an indicator of the player's 'speed'. There are seven different ratings in total: E, D, C, B, A, A+ and S. Achieving good results in Sport mode races will increase your Driver Rating. Your rating will decrease if you fail to achieve a certain level of results. Please note, however, that unless your Sportsmanship Rating meets the required standard, your Driver Rating will not increase, even if your results are very good. All players start with a Driver Rating of E, which will increase up to A+ depending on their performance. Players can receive an S rating by registering as a Star Player*. Also, for players with a Driver Rating of E, the rating does not change until the end of the fifth race.

*A Star Player is known and respected for their excellent driving technique and on-track manners. A player who meets the requirements will receive a 'Star Player Selection Notice'. By following the instructions and completing registration, the player will be able to compete as a Star Player for a set period of time. Once this period is over, the player's driver rating will return to A+ until they register again.

・Sportsmanship Rating
This is an indicator of the standard of a player's manners on the track. There are six different ratings in total: E, D, C, B, A, and S. You will earn points for completing sections of a race without incidents. However, you will lose points for doing things such as colliding with other cars during races. At the end of each race, the number of points earned and lost will be tallied, and reflected in your Sportsmanship Rating. All players start with a Sportsmanship Rating of B.
